You have up to 7 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
📦 Item Condition
Products must be unworn, in perfect condition, with original tags and packaging. We’re unable to accept items that show signs of wear, washing, or strong odors.
📲 How to request
Simply reach out to us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
🔄 What’s next?
Once we receive your item and inspect it, we’ll go ahead with your choice — whether that’s shipping a new item or issuing a refund.
